In our book club discussions, we delved into the profound effects of Samantha’s hidden struggles on her social life and relationships. Despite her evident intellect and achievements in other areas, her learning disability left her feeling isolated and insecure. Throughout her educational odyssey, she wrestled with persistent numerical challenges due to dyscalculia, which not only impacted her academic performance but also spilt over into her grammar and spelling.
